Shipping Policy

Every Peach Cottage collection is illustrated, printed, cut, assembled, and packed by hand with care.

Processing Times
Because our collections are prepared by hand, orders require time to be created and packaged before they begin their journey. Estimated processing times will be displayed on the product page or communicated with your order when applicable.

Free Cottage Mail
The Peach Cottage offers free U.S. Cottage Mail on eligible monthly collections. Cottage Mail is sent in an A7 envelope using stamped USPS mail.

Free Cottage Mail does not include tracking or insurance. Because this service is untracked, we cannot provide location updates once your Cottage Letter has been mailed.

Tracked Shipping
Customers who prefer a tracked shipping option may select USPS Ground Advantage at checkout. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable carrier rates.

Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and mailed. USPS transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by The Peach Cottage. Delays caused by the postal service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Lost or Delayed Cottage Mail
Because free Cottage Mail does not include tracking, please allow additional time for stamped mail to arrive before considering it lost. If your Cottage Letter has still not arrived after an extended period, contact The Peach Cottage with your name and order number so we can review the situation with you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address.

If an order has already been mailed, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or that the package can be recovered. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before they can be mailed again.

Damaged Orders
If your Cottage Letter arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Digital Downloads
Digital items included with a collection do not require shipping. Instructions for accessing eligible downloadable content will be provided separately.

Shipping Area
At launch, The Peach Cottage currently ships physical Cottage Letters within the United States.
