1. What comes inside my Cottage Letter?
Each monthly collection includes a Monthly Reflection, Reflection Journal Page, A6 Art Print, A6 Sticker Sheet, collectible Die-Cut Sticker, and Prayer Bookmark. You'll also receive access to a printable version of the month's Reflection Journal Page for personal use.
2. Is shipping really free?
Yes! Free U.S. Cottage Mail is included with your collection. Your letter will be sent in an A7 envelope using stamped mail so we can keep the club affordable and accessible.
3. Does free Cottage Mail include tracking?
No. Free Cottage Mail is sent as stamped letter mail and does not include tracking. If you'd prefer tracking and additional protection, you can choose USPS Ground Advantage at checkout for an additional calculated shipping cost.
4. Is every collection different?
Yes. Each collection introduces a new monthly theme with original artwork, reflections, stationery, and elements inspired by the continuing world and story of The Peach Cottage.
5. Are the products handmade?
Yes! The artwork is originally illustrated for The Peach Cottage, and each collection is printed, cut, prepared, and packed by hand with care.
6. How does the printable Reflection Journal work?
Your collection includes a digital Reflection Journal Page that you can print again whenever you'd like more room to write, pray, or reflect. Digital files are intended for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially.
7. When will my Cottage Letter arrive?
Cottage Letters are prepared and mailed in batches. Because free Cottage Mail is sent through untracked stamped mail, arrival times can vary. You'll receive order information from The Peach Cottage when your order is processed.
8. What happens if my Cottage Letter is lost or damaged?
Please contact The Peach Cottage if you experience an issue with your order. Because free Cottage Mail is untracked, we cannot track its location once mailed, but we'll do our best to help. For customers who prefer tracking and additional protection, USPS Ground Advantage is available at checkout.
